The BND-150 is a special type of weapon unlocked after beating the game once on any difficulty and starting a New Game Plus. It is unlocked in the Gun Locker after the player reaches 100% completion on the main storyline of the game. It uses 6mm ammunition (.244 Remington) and is also compatible with EDT Darts, X34 Gas Darts, and Explosive Darts.

- The weapon itself in reality resembles Heckler & Koch SR9, with the clubfoot buttstock of the Heckler & Koch HK21E.
- It is a weapon from two games developed by the same developer, Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror and Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow.
- How this experimental weapon was developed by IPCA is unknown. While being chambered for 6mm, it can also accept special ammunition darts.
- When using conventional ammunition, the rifle fires loudly. Using special darts, the firing sound is muffled as if it is suppressed.
