Jessup Teller is an unseen character mentioned in Days Gone. He was an early pioneer of Farewell, Oregon, and his family home later became a historical site.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Nothing is known of Jessup's early life. He was a fur trapper by trade who settled with his family in the area around Farewell in 1851. Teller attempted to clear the land using fire, resulting in the deaths of nearly a dozen indigenous people. In an act of retaliation, several natives as well as local settlers united to storm the Teller cabin and proceeded to murder the entire Teller family.
The Teller Cabin still stands where it was constructed as of 2019, considered to be a site of local historical significance.
