The M40 is one of the Special Weapons in Days Gone. It is a bolt-action hunting rifle with a high-power scope being used as a Sniper Rifle.
Description[]
A simple rifle with a slow rate of fire but big stopping power, damage, and range.
Condition: Level 2 (Poor).
Magazine: The internal box magazine seems to be broken. It can only chamber a round in the action, making it a single-shot rifle. Despite this, it can be upgraded with an extended magazine to hold 2 rounds.
