“ | We ran into Ned Walker months before we ever saw him at Copeland's camp. We never liked the sonofabitch, why? Every drifter camp we rode into, there was Ned Walker begging for food, begging for fuel, begging for ammo. Whatever he couldn't get begging? He'd steal. So he's gone from begging, to stealing, to murder, to dead. Good job Ned. | „ |

Ned Walker is a minor character featured in Days Gone. He is a known drifter and bounty target during the Hard To Miss storyline.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Nothing is known of Ned's early life. Following the outbreak in 2017, he has survived by drifting between established survivor camps, earning a reputation for begging and stealing. Deacon St. John mentions having met him several months prior to the events of Days Gone, though states that he did not like Walker.
Events of Days Gone[]
Prior to Deacon's arrival at Copeland's Camp near Peaceful Lake, Walker and a group of men attempted to force entry into the encampment but were denied by Mark Copeland. In response, Walker opened fire and managed to kill one of Copeland's guards, Gopher, before fleeing. Several more of Copeland's men were killed while attempting to track down Walker's subsequent whereabouts.
As part of the Hard To Miss storyline, Copeland recruits Deacon to track down Walker and bring him to justice. Deacon manages to locate Walker and his crew at a small camp north of O'Leary Mountain. Walker and his entire crew are killed in the ensuing gunfight, and Deacon retrieves Walker's red bandana as proof of the kill. For killing Walker, Deacon is rewarded with camp credits as well as an increase in trust with Copeland's Camp.
Equipment[]
Ned Walker wears black sneakers with olive soles, blue-grey cargo pants, a dark green jacket lined with sheepskin, and brown fingerless gloves, as well as his well-known red bandanna. He utilises an M7 Bolt-Action Rifle.
