Early life[]

Nothing is known of Phillips' early life, not even his first name. Following the outbreak in 2017, he survived for an unknown length of time before joining up with Ada Tucker and settling in her encampment, performing supply runs.

Events of Days Gone[]

When Deacon St. John first arrives at Hot Springs after killing Leon during the Chasing Leon [[Storylines storyline]], he is confronted by Phillips before being allowed access to the camp. Phillips is the guard responsible for revealing that Wheeler was stealing drugs from the camp's storage.
