Early life[]
Nothing is known of Tommy's early life. He was a neighbor and close friend of Lisa Jackson while living in Marion Forks, Oregon. Lisa describes Tommy as her best friend, and he was presumably of a similar age to her. His fate following the 2017 Freakers outbreak is unknown, as Lisa lost contact with him when the outbreak began.
Events of Days Gone[]
Tommy is mentioned several times by Lisa during her conversations with the drifter Deacon St. John. She mentions that Tommy offered her shelter at the beginning of the outbreak within his family home, but she refused, believing her parents would return for her. Subsequently, Lisa never saw him again.
